Meet your host

Hi, I’m Jenna

I built SUNNY Club because I love hosting, bringing people together, collaborating and non stop chatting with other like-minded women.

I’ve always valued networking and know how important the right relationships can be to our progress. But too often, networking is centred around alcohol, awkward conversations or meeting people without any meaningful outcome. I wanted to create something different: a space for ambitious women facing similar challenges and opportunities to connect, with self-development at its heart.

Pilates is part of that by design. It tests physical strength, focus and mental endurance, qualities we draw on every day in our working lives.

Every SUNNY Club gathering will also include an element of growth: something to keep us sharp, help us see situations differently and encourage us to take a meaningful step forward.

The aim is simple; to leave feeling stronger, clearer and more connected than when we arrived.

Meet your October guides

Your movement lead: Dominique Binns

Dominique is one of the North West’s most sought-after Pilates practitioners, known for sessions that combine strength, control and purposeful movement.

Formerly an instructor at BLOK, she now regularly leads sessions at The Farm Club and Soho House, and has built a loyal following around her challenging but accessible approach. Dominique will guide you through a strength-focused Pilates session designed to leave you feeling energised, capable and connected to your body.

Your mental fitness lead: Suzanne Teale

Suzanne is the founder of Unlock Potential Hypnotherapy, a qualified Solution Focused Hypnotherapist and mental fitness specialist.

With 30 years of commercial experience managing teams and working in fast-paced corporate environments, she understands the pressure of performing at a high level while balancing the demands of life beyond work. Today, she supports individuals, groups and organisations to manage their minds, build resilience and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

Suzanne will lead a practical session exploring how our thought patterns affect the way we feel and perform, before closing with a short guided relaxation designed to leave you feeling calmer, clearer and more in control.
